STORE USE AND ELIGIBILITY

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. If you are not legally able to enter into a contract in your location, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and images accurately. Screen settings, production processes, and the nature of temporary tattoo materials may cause minor differences in appearance. We may correct errors, update information, or change or discontinue products at any time.

ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is shown through an available localization feature. Any currency conversion shown by a third-party payment or localization service may be subject to its own rate or terms.

We may refuse or cancel an order before production for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, inaccurate product or pricing information, prohibited content, production limitations, or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

CUSTOM ARTWORK AND UPLOADED CONTENT

When you submit or upload artwork, text, logos, photographs, or other content for a custom product, you confirm that you own the content or have all permissions and rights required to use it and have it reproduced. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

You grant SuperInkLab a limited, non-exclusive license to access, store, modify as reasonably necessary for production, and reproduce the submitted content solely to process, manufacture, fulfill, support, or resolve issues with your order. We do not acquire ownership of your original artwork through this license.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise violates another person's rights. We may reject content or cancel an affected order. You agree to be responsible for claims resulting from content you submit, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

CUSTOM ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND PROBLEMS

Our products are made to order and may be customized. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified after the order is placed, except where required by applicable law. Returns, exchanges, damaged items, defects, and incorrect items are governed by our Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy.

SHIPPING AND IMPORT CHARGES

Shipping destinations, delivery estimates, address responsibilities, and customs information are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Any customs duties or import taxes assessed on an eligible shipment to a supported destination are covered by SuperInkLab as described in that policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except for customer-submitted content and third-party materials, the website and its content—including the SuperInkLab name, branding, graphics, text, layout, and original designs—are owned by or licensed to Superlink Lab and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping and ordinary business inquiries.

Temporary tattoo products should be used only as directed on the product packaging or website. Stop use if irritation occurs. Product information on the website is general information and is not medical advice.
