Where we currently ship
SuperInkLab currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
Available destinations may change as our delivery coverage develops. Checkout will show whether an order can currently be delivered to the address entered.
Standard shipping cost
We currently offer free standard shipping to every supported destination listed above.
Production and shipping origin
Orders are produced and shipped from Guangdong Province, China. Because products are made to order and may be customized, the journey begins with production before the carrier receives the parcel.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery is within 15 business days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or an incomplete or incorrect delivery address may affect the final delivery date.
Tracking your order
Tracking information will be provided when available. After receiving a shipping confirmation, allow time for the carrier to register the parcel and publish its first scan.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or shows an unusual delivery problem, contact us with your order number.
Delivery address responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Contact customer_service@superinklab.com promptly if you notice an address error. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed or shipped.
Customs duties and import taxes
Any customs duties or import taxes assessed on an eligible shipment to one of our supported destinations will be covered by SuperInkLab.
If a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay an unexpected charge, contact customer_service@superinklab.com before making payment so we can assist.
